The importance of this document in book form (made in 1995 and edited in facsimile form under the care of Lorenzo Sandoval), on the one hand, comes from a time when historical memory was still approached in a timid way. On the other hand, the relevance of the publication is given by its inscription at a time in which there was a constant deconstruction of the logic of the monument from the sphere of art in the nineties.<\/p>\n
In those moments of questioning public art designed from positions of power, the CNT built a monument from below loaded with meaning, as well as developing a series of activities around it, what today we would call a discursive program.
